Teacher Training Course

The Teacher Training Course is a seven-week program that provides participants with the needed methodology, strategies and techniques to teach English as a foreign language. The course is a complete 120-hour program which includes theory and practice. Participants who successfully complete the course receive a certificate approved by the Guatemalan Ministerio de Educación. This course is recommended for pre-service and initial level teachers who do not have a teaching degree yet.

Our Trainers

Courses are given in different sites around Guatemala. They are taught by certified trainers who have credentials and knowledge at both national and international levels.

admission requirements
Non-Native speakers have to take an internationally recognized language proficiency test.
Based on your score, then you will be interviewed by the Program Coordinator.
After being admitted, fill out the registration form in the Academic Unit.
A minimum of 6 participants per group is required.
