SIT TESOL
SIT TESOL Certificate Course

IGA has partnered with World Learning (link to www.worldlearning.org ) to offer the SIT TESOL Certificate course. It is a 130-hour course which aims at providing participants with needed skills and knowledge in Teaching English to Speakers of Other languages (TESOL). This is an internationally recognized teaching certification issued by the Graduate Institute of the School for International Training (SIT).

The Certificate is accredited by the New England Board of Colleges. Participants who have graduated from this program find an array of opportunities abroad in the field of ELT.

Our Trainers

Courses are given in different sites around Guatemala. They are taught by World Learning licensed trainers who have credentials and knowledge at both national and international levels.

Admission Requirements
Non-Native speakers have to take an internationally recognized language proficiency test. You must get a minimum of a C1 CEFR Level.
Based on your score, then you will be interviewed by the site coordinator.
Fill out the online form.
A minimum of 6 participants per group is required.

The course is offered in our Guatemala City and Quetzaltenango sites.
Prices
$2,000.00.
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Variable extensive formats available upon request and with minimum number of participants required (6 per group).
